Ryan, a Weymouth & Portland Councillor, is welcomed into the club by Lions President Mark Lockie. Ryan has a wealth of experience in Event Management being the current Chairman of Weymouth Carnival Committee and has also been involved in community projects and charity work from the age of 16.
