The Social Committee of a Weymouth based company, ASM, with 300 employees, has chosen Weymouth & Portland Lions Club as there ‘Charity of the Year’ which means that the proceeds of all their fund raising activities throughout the year will be donated to the Lions. Their first event was a ‘Bake Off’ where employees were invited to enter a cake in a ‘Bake Off’ competition on the Monday morning, W&P Lions were invited along to do the judging which was ‘meat and drink’ to Roger the Lion.
