Weymouth & Portland Lions inducted Fiona Campbell into their club at their monthly dinner meeting. Fiona, a Process Improvement Manager at ASM Assembly Systems in Weymouth, said “I was delighted to be invited to join the Lions as I’ve always admired all the work that they do for the community and I’m looking forward to getting involved with their projects”.

The Chairman of Lions District Governors, Lion Peter Burnett, travelled to Weymouth to conducted the ceremony which in it’s self was a recognition of importance of the event.

Lions President Roger Hogbin added “We recently inducted our first ever lady and we are now very pleased indeed to welcome Fiona. She brings additional skills and enthusiasm which will further strengthen the club and improve our ability to serve the community”.
